I am deeply grateful for the unforeseen opportunity to have spent every day—24 hours a day, for 17 consecutive years—by my mother’s side during her most critical and vulnerable health challenges. That time profoundly reshaped my understanding of health, responsibility, and what truly matters when life is at stake.
At the beginning of this journey, I was enormously skeptical. When conventional medicine—supported by advanced technology, pharmaceuticals, and institutional systems—did not appear to provide meaningful progress, it was difficult to believe that anything outside those boundaries could help. In response, I made a conscious decision to place my professional filming career on hold. My priority became singular: to be present, attentive, and fully committed to my mother’s well-being.
Through this experience, and after meeting Dr. P, I began to understand the fundamental role nutrition plays in supporting the body. I observed that many nutritional approaches—often lower in long-term cost than ongoing pharmaceutical regimens—were not supported by insurance systems, despite their importance in maintaining overall resilience and quality of life.
I ultimately chose to assume the financial responsibility for nutritional supplementation myself rather than relying solely on approaches that appeared focused primarily on symptom management. This was not an easy or impulsive decision. It was made through observation, responsibility, and care.

During my years of learning under Dr. Privitera, I had the opportunity to collaborate with him in creating Hemoxygen, a nutritional supplement. 1968-2013: Dr. James Privitera, M.D., was an internationally known holistic physician with 46 years of experience. He invented "Live Blood Cell Analysis" and offered it to the world for free as well as "Olive Leaf Extract." He was imprisoned in 1975 for telling patients where to get "Laetrile" by opening apricot pits and eating the seeds to help with cancer. He petitioned Governor Brown (in office again now,) to legalize the drug and successfully legalized laetrile also known as vitamin B17, or "Amygdalin." Which is now offered and sold legally in capsule form or apricot seeds in bags for consumption. He has an excellent reputation for low cost office visits: ($125.00 1st visit, and $40.00 thereafter).
